Winter classes resume JANUARY 16th 2017

 New Year 2017 calls for ice fishing, hot chocolate, ice skating and of course Hooot Zuuumbaaa!
ZumbaDanceToronto Winter Program starts Monday January 16th.

2017 is going to be a fantastic year to exploit all aspects of dance fitness. For years, the first 2 weeks of the New Year  is when we work the hardest to deliver good music, fun choreographies and targeted dance moves to maximize benefits.

Our dance program for 2017 will be focused on improving:

>Flexibility
>Endurance
>Tone
>Posture
>Weight Management

During this brief break and as we strongly suggest every year, please take sometime to visit your family doctor and “know your numbers”, which refers to blood pressure, cholesterol & blood sugar. You are already doing something about your health which is to Dance, Sweat and Laugh with us!
